One of my favourite things about being an author is receiving the foreign editions of my novels in the post. Often I’ll have no idea what the title is, or what the cover looks like, until I open the parcel. That happened this morning – when I received a parcel from my Polish publishers.

Their title Gdzie kończy się cisza translates as  ‘Where Does the Silence End?’ and it’s pretty close to the original title, ‘An End to Silence’ and I adore the cover. It’s very Samantha Hayes/Sophie McKenzie in style. The use of green on black is very striking. Thank you Prószynski Media. I hope it does well.
