Which author photo do YOU think I should use?

They’re here! I received a selection of author photos from Jim Ross the other day and, after running them by some fellow authors for a second opinion, I sent off a selection to my agent and editor to see which one they thought I should use as my new CL Taylor author photo. They agreed on the same one but, just for fun, I thought I’d ask my blog readers which one you like best.

Vote using the poll below and I’ll let you know which one Maddy and Lydia prefer in my next blog post!

l liked both your profile on both 1 and 3 but voted for 3 because it was a closer pic and… No 1, because of the cleavage and lighter background (despite the graffiti), said chic lit …but no. 3 had a darker background and the railings in the top corner suggested sinister/mystery which would suit C L Taylor more. Just my opinion though 🙂

Katya – the hair may have had some help from some clip in extensions 😉

    Bec – Yeah, it’s a cool background isn’t it?

Womag – bless you, that’s a very kind thing to say.

Writingwitch – no cleavage for a crime writer then? 😉

    Karen – thanks missus!

I love the graffiti in the first pic – but you look gorgeous in all of them. Why must you be so ace and beautiful, it just makes the rest of us look bad! X

Jen – What I haven’t shown you are the 195 photos I rejected that made me look fat, frumpy and (nearly) forty! x
